Job Description
Pipe welder for refrigeration systems.  Must be able to produce quality welds and have working knowledge of piping systems.

  1. Duties

    1. Cut, assemble, install, and weld pipe to ASME B31.3 radiographic inspection

    2. Install pipe supports

    3. Install valves and instruments

    4. Material handling

    5. Maintain clean work environment

    6. Operate lifts and other equipment

    1. This role has the potential to progress into field supervision roles

Required Education, Experience, and/or Licenses

  1. Three years welding experience

  2. Preferred ASME 6G certification

  3. Preferred OSHA 10 hour

  4. Work authorization

  5. Weld test given:

    1. 6” 6G Carbon Steel SMAW

    2. 6” 6G Stainless Steel GTAW

    3. 2” 6G Carbon Steel SMAW

    4. 2” 6G Stainless Steel GTAW

Work Environment
Active construction site, with typical hazards associated with industrial work.  Employee will be required to wear PPE and work in a safe manner.
