Job Description
This position is responsible for delivering high quality PSM deliverables, on time, and under budget as assigned.

  1. Duties

    1. Conduct compliance audits inspecting customers documentation.

    2. Ability to inspect and audit customers refrigeration systems.

    3. Provide direction and expertise to customers to ensure that all Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements are being met.

    4. Provide PSM & Compliance related training.

    5. Assists customers in developing knowledge of all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

    6. Maintain expertise of current PSM, RMP, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

    7. Provide guidance to customers during an agency inspection.

    8. Knowledge of ammonia P&IDs preferable, including capability to utilize CAD software where required.

  2. Standardization

    1. Comply with documented company standards.

    2. Maintain consistency across deliverables.

    3. Participate in the development and maintenance of deliverables and tools.

  3. Accountability

    1. Maintain and operate within specified project quality, schedule, and budget.

    2. Compliance with Clauger, Customer, and Code standards

  4. Responsibility

    1. Complete PSM deliverables as assigned on time and within budget.

    2. Work with other PSM personnel to facilitate development of PSM deliverables.

    3. Coordinate with customer to maintain PSM Program compliant.

    4. Ensure thorough QC procedure executed on every project.

  5. Coordination

    1. Work closely with customers and other PSM personnel.

    2. Deliver necessary data to develop accurate PSM Documents.

    3. Participate in customer/project meetings as required.

    4. Maintain meeting notes, schedules, and project deliverables.

Goals

  1. Exceed $150K in PSM revenue

  2. Exceed 95% accuracy & timeliness on deliverables

  3. Maintain budgeted hours

  4. Obtain additional revenue of $150K through completion of assigned work

Required Education, Experience, and/or Licenses

  1. 2-5 Years of PSM Compliance experience on ammonia refrigeration system preferred.

Work Environment
Office.  Site visits to active job sites and manufacturing facilities will be required.  Must comply with Clauger, OSHA, and site safety rules and PPE requirements.
