Missions
IT Technician (microcomputing, systems, networks, fixed and mobile telephony) with the ability to work with international teams, communication skills and experience in solving problems in Windows / Office environment, developing the following main functions:

Provide support to users resolving incidents and requests, achieving user satisfaction.

Execute microcomputing, systems and telephony actions requested by the IT Manager, contributing to the fulfillment of the objectives defined by the department and company.

Document and update the inventory and incident application (Helpdesk), in order to keep track of them and detect possible problems.

Support in the monitoring, prevention, diagnosis and solutions of the IT infrastructure.
Profile
-
Experience in customer service and incident resolution (face-to-face and remote).

Experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of computer equipment and client operating systems.

Knowledge of installation, configuration and maintenance of server operating systems (Windows Server, VMWare, ESX).

Knowledge of video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, Starleaf, Jabber…).
-
Knowledge in installation and configuration of mobile phones.
-
Knowledge in Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Office 356.
-
Knowledge in Microsoft Technologies, as Active Directory, user and permission management, group policies, DNS, DHCP, NLB, etc.

Knowledge of networking, installation and configuration of switches (Cisco, VLANs), firewalls (Cisco ASA, MS TMG, Forti, SonicWall, etc), proxies, etc.

Knowledge of backup solutions (Veritas Backup Exec, Veeam Backup).

Knowledge in VPN solutions (Cisco Anyconect, NetExtender, etc).

Knowledge in installation and maintenance of WIFI networks.
Training
-
Intermediate or higher level training cycle.
-
It will be valued: Master or Certifications (Microsoft Server, Cisco Networking, ITIL, Security, etc)

Languages: Italian and English. Spanish and/or French valuable.
